The goal of Biofilm Reactor Technology 2010 is to provide forum for biofilm researchers and practitioners to exchange ideas, to review recent advances in biofilm reactor technologies, and to assess the impact of biofilms on natural and engineered processes in water and wastewater treatment.

The topics of this conference are biofilm reactor technologies and other technical systems that are influenced by biofilms. The conference will focus on:

  • Linking practical application with basic sciences
  • Enhancing communication between practitioners and researchers
